Elders
Shepherds—also known as pastors or elders (1 Peter 5:1-3, 1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:6-9)—are men chosen by the congregation to lead and oversee the church’s teaching and ministries. They lead the church through preaching, teaching, discipling and counseling.
